So Soft Neons

So Soft Neons A Softer formula of Fluorescent Paints. Bright fluorescent fabric paints that are opaque and give excellent coverage and washing durability on fabric. So Soft Neons do not require heat setting and are permanent.
Red, orange and yellow have been heavily discounted as they have curdled but are still useable as seen in the images.
