Cut Fringe

Cut Fringe or Sash Fringe is made from fine colorfast 3 ply twisted rayon.
It is light weight and the bottom edge is cut to hang as single threads.
As the name implies is used to edge sachets and decorate banners.
It is used in lampshade making, decorating dance costumes and decorating ballet costumes.
It can be cut and rolled to make tassels and wedding accessories.
Dry cleaning is recommended.
